WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

Thank you for considering IJO Photography for your upcoming photoshoot!
Before you book, please take a moment to read through the following information to ensure your session goes smoothly.

Bookings for Summer 2026 are closed.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Booking Your Session: To confirm your session, a non-refundable retainer fee is required. This fee secures your date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

Payment Options: I accept payments through CashApp, Venmo, and Apple Pay day of, as well as Card (Please give notice if this is preferred method)

Late Payment: IJO Photography reserves the right to withhold the editing process, final edits, or charge a late payment fee (10%) if remaining balance is withheld or paid late.

SESSION DETAILS

Session Length: The duration of your session is based on the package you select. Please arrive on time for your session. Delays may result in a shorter session or an additional fee if extended time is requested. Lateness of 20 minutes or longer will result in an immediate cancellation or rescheduling of services.

Session Type: If booking an Event, Group, Brand, or Creative Concept Shoot, a consultation must be booked first to discuss details and pricing. If the Essentials Package isn’t quite enough for you consultations are highly recommended.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for arriving camera-ready at the scheduled time. Please ensure hair, makeup, and outfits are complete before the session begins. Any preparation time during the session will be counted toward the booked time. Extra time given due to unpreparedness or lateness during a photoshoot or event can incur a fee.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellation Policy: The retainer fee is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please contact as soon as possible.

Rescheduling: For outdoor sessions, if weather conditions are unsuitable, we may reschedule at no additional cost. Requests to reschedule made at least a week in advance will be accommodated without any additional fees. Rescheduling within a 72 hours of the session may incur a fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the shoot qualifies as a cancellation & must be rebooked. Same day cancellations will incur a 10% fee of the shoot total, regardless of future booking intentions, if no retainer was paid.

EDITING AND
IMAGE DELIVERY

Image Delivery: Your edited images will be ready within 7-10 business days (10-14 for events) after the session in a curated gallery. Galleries are stored for 6 months before deletion. Please contact prior to booking if a Rush Edit (2-3 Days) is needed (will incur extra fee).

Editing Policies: By booking with IJO Photography, you acknowledge familiarity with my portfolio and editing style. All images provided are the final versions, and further editing, alterations, or extreme cropping by the client are not permitted. RAW, unedited images are not available for purchase under any circumstances. Galleries are final and additional edited images will incur a fee.

LIABILITY AND COPYRIGHT

Liability: In the unlikely event of an emergency or technical issue, IJO Photography will work with you to reschedule, refund (partially) or resolve the situation through other means.

Copyright: IJO Photography retains the rights to all images. Clients receive personal use rights for the delivered images. Images may not be sold, entered into contests, or used for commercial purposes without written consent from IJO Photography. Images shared on social media can be credited to IJO Photography by tagging @ijo.photography.

    The Edit is designed for clients who already have a strong creative vision. You should come prepared with a moodboard or clear concept, and I'll focus on bringing that vision to life through intentional direction and execution. While I'm happy to offer light creative input, this experience is best suited for projects that require minimal pre-production, yet still have a strong creative vision.

  • Along with my creative portrait sessions I also offer Brand and Event (on select basis) photography for businesses, organizations, and creative communities.

    High Resolution Film Scans - $50 Only recommended for large scale printing, publication submissions, or professional artistic use

    Full Gallery Upgrade $ 200 (All edit worthy images)

    Due to working a high workload full time job rush edits will not be readily available. If you need your edits sooner than my standard delivery time, please reach out prior to booking. Thank you!
